Expand City and Community Capacity for Climate Resilience
Pillar 2 is focused on building capacity, both by ensuring that there are sufficient resources within the City’s operations and by enhancing the community’s understanding and recognition of the benefits of climate practices. By ensuring that those who are tasked with implementing climate action are set up for success, the SCP can help build capacity for the City and community to address and adapt to climate change.
